After receiving several quotes on a building needed for my company, I decided to go with Trail Blazer Developments, Inc., owner Milo Holthe had shown me the EMERCOR Building System which caught my eye immediately. Energy efficiency is very important to me, and so this building seemed to be what I was looking for and was vvery competitive in price. Milo suggested to me that everythign in the building would have efficiency in mind and that I would save significantly on my heating costs. The building 70 by 60 ft., from start to finish took approximately 4 months to build and I was very impresssed with the way it turned out. As far as efficiency is concerned, it costs about 1/4 of what it costs to heat my house! My most expensive month was $86.00, keeping the inside temp. at around 15C. Would I recommend this type of building to someone? The answer is definitely yes.
